Position Overview

We are currently seeking four individuals to join our team: 2 Certified Millwrights and 2 Apprentice or Millwright Helpers. These roles are ideal for individuals with mechanical skills and an interest in developing a career in the industrial equipment sector. The successful candidates will be accountable, honest, hardworking, and always punctual, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Certified Millwright

Port Allen, LA 2 Positions 40 Hours/Week, M-F $40-$60/hr DOE

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable millwright experience in industrial environments
  • Proven experience with installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of industrial pumps and rotating equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and precision measurement tools
  • Certified forklift operator (or able to obtain certification immediately)
  • Demonstrated reliability: accountable, honest, hardworking, and punctual
  • Strong team-oriented mindset
  • Must communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial pumps and rotating equipment
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Journeyman Millwright / Apprentice Helper

Port Allen, LA 2 Positions 40 Hours/Week, M-F $25-$30/hr DOE

Requirements

  • Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent documented training required
  • Mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in millwright work
  • Previous millwright experience is helpful but not mandatory
  • Certified or able to be certified to operate a forklift
  • Demonstrated reliability: must be accountable, honest, hardworking, and punctual
  • Strong team player attitude: willingness to support the team and go the extra mile
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial pumps and rotating equipment
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow detailed instructions and collaborate with the team to complete projects on time
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and applying new skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
